Eshelman Construction proudly delivered a ground-up new construction build for Scooter’s Coffee in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. This 800-square-foot quick-service coffee shop was developed for JoLo Enterprises, a locally owned franchise, with architectural design by Fredrick Gogila and engineering by Ware Malcomb. Completed in December 2024, the project aligns with the rapid expansion of Scooter’s Coffee, the second-largest drive-through coffee chain in the U.S. and the fifth-largest coffee chain overall. Founded in Bellevue, Nebraska, Scooter’s now operates 800+ franchises across 29 states and continues growing as a specialty coffee industry leader.

From site preparation to final touches, Eshelman Construction executed the project with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a seamless and efficient build. The team collaborated closely with the client, architects, and engineers to create a functional and inviting space that upholds Scooter’s Coffee brand standards while delivering a high-quality experience for employees and customers.
