The 122-year-old building at 421 Union Street in Nashville, Tennessee, has transformed remarkably into the modernist luxury loft-suite boutique hotel known as "n o t e" by Mint House. This visionary project, featuring a ribbon-cutting ceremony on November 8, 2023, with esteemed guests, including Nashville Mayor Freddie O'Connell, marks the first boutique hospitality property by the Mint House brand. Mint House, known for tech-enabled flexible living, now operates this residential-style hotel in Nashville's vibrant Arts District in partnership with Historic Restorations. Notable partners include Sound Healthcare owner RJ Stillwell, Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Jason Mraz, contractor Andrew Eshelman, and Patrick Pocklington.
Built in 1901, the 421 Union Street building offers five spacious lofted units with multi-floor living spaces boasting 20-foot ceilings, mezzanines, historic windows, and private outside terraces for al fresco dining and living. These units offer flexible lengths of stay and feature full-service kitchens, multiple bedrooms, and ample lounge and workspace areas, suitable for sophisticated living and hosting business meetings.
